まず、到着時に「全室電気が故障して電気が使えない、1時間で直るから外出してきてくれ」と言われました。 日本じゃないからそんなこともあるか、と思い、1時間後にホテルに戻るとまだ直っておらず。 結局24時前にようやく電気がつきました。 すごく眠かったし、すごく疲れました。 おかげで無駄な時間を過ごしました。 部屋の設備については、 ・タオルが、誰か使った？レベルでぐちゃっとおいてある ・水回り汚いし、設備がボロボロ ・足拭きマットなし ・ベッド脇の照明が壊れていた ・ツインを予約したのに、わざわざシングルを２つ繋げてダブルにされていた ・連泊時の清掃なし、水の補充もなし です。 意味がわからないレベルでありえないホテル。

Nada. Tuvimos que utilizarlo solamente para guardar el Equipaje. El ingreso al Lobby no tiene ascensor, se ingresa por un pasillo estrecho de 1:20 mts que es la entrada a un segundo piso donde queda el lobby del hotel. Las instalaciones son de un edificio viejo que han ido adaptando, sin aire acondicionado en las zonas sociales, con paredes manchadas y pisos con falta de aseo. El ascensor es sumamente viejo, se encuentra arena y mugre en el piso. No fue posible que nos pidieran un taxi, nos enviaron a buscarlo en la calle. Nothing. Sin embargo y pese a lo negativo de las zonas sociales, y al hecho que la foto del edifico no coincide con el lugar, ingresamos a la habitación y las camas tenían colchones viejos y duros, el aire acondicionado servía a medias, no alcanzaba a enfriar la habitación. El baño y sus paredes estaban manchadas, había mugre en el baño. El sanitario tenía una fuga en la base por estar mal sellado. La ducha parecía como si la acabaran de usar, estaba goteando en sus empaques por eso tenía fuga de agua también. En general son unas instalaciones viejas y en mal estado, han tratado de adaptarlas pero no están listas para una estancia óptima o al menos aseada. Por esta razón después de hacer nuestras actividades tuvimos que hacer el checkout e irnos esa misma noche, sin hacer uso del hotel pese al hecho de haber pagado la noche y bien cara UHK 1300. En conclusión jamás me hospedaría allí y fue el guarda equipaje más caro que he pagado en mi vida.
